GT Client – User Manual
GT Client is a messaging and communication tool used to send, receive, and manage messages within the Gold Ticket network.
First Launch
- Enter your validation code when prompted
- The system will automatically validate your account
- No password required
If you receive a “Not Active” or validation error, please call the office at 800-470-6691.
Main Screen Toolbar
- Send – Create and send a new message
- Review – View incoming messages
- Direct – Send messages to specific members
- In-Box – View received messages
- Flagged – View important messages
- Members – Open member directory
- Feedback – Send feedback
- Past Due – Manage past-due notices
- Calculator – Open calculator
- Events – View events
- Links – Access resources
- Exit – Close the application
Sending a Message
- Click Send
- Enter recipient code(s)
- Select Vehicle Year,Make,Model and trim Optional and Insert
- Vin is Optional
- Select Part and insert
- Type your message
- Click send
Review Messages
- Select a message to view
- Use Reply to respond
- Use Search to find messages
- Use Print to print messages
Inbox
- Open In-Box
- View all received messages
- Select a message to read
Flagged Messages
- Open Flagged
- View messages marked as important
Members
- Search for members
- View contact details
Options screen
- Adjust font color and size
- turn audio on/off
Search and Tools
- Use Search to locate messages or members
- Use Refresh to update data
- Use Print for hard copies
Exit
- Click Exit to close the application
